God help us - It's Slashed Dreams.

College students Robert and Jenny, travel to the Northern California wilderness to find old friend Michael (Robert Englund), who's dropped out of sight. They arrive at his remote cabin, and while waiting an awfully long time for him to actually make an appearance, Jenny is raped by two local yokels in the now-familiar "Deliverance" tradition.
