7 Brothers meet Dracula

Count Dracula journies to a remote Chinese village in the guise of a warlord to support six vampires who are dispirited after the loss of a seventh member of their cult. At the same time, vampire hunter Prof. Van Helsing happens to be lecturing in the country and is persuaded by villagers to help them fight this curse of the ages.

wtf...? The first 20 minutes of this thing is plotless and almost without dialogue----as far from any Hammer movie you can get.

Peter Cushing appears later, but most of the action is chop socky Run Run Shaw stuff.

In an interview (in the fanzine LITTLE SHOPPE OF HORRORS?) the director or Hammer producer mentioned how Hong Kong movie studios in the 1970s weren't even sound proof (!), cause of all the Chinese dialects, dub in the sound later. So, British Roy Ward Baker had a major ordeal on his hands with this movie.
