An evil, sadistic count lives in a waterfront castle with his insane family members. One day the survivor of a shipwreck washes ashore near the castle and finds himself a captive there.

played a lot on saturdays, after midnight, on wor-tv, nyc, in the 1970s.
TV GUIDE at the time thought this "looks like a home movie." Maybe horror movie magazine CASTLE OF FRANKENSTEIN compared it to Edgar Allen Poe.
